License Agreement

Standard License

This Software Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Licensee") and Konsenz d.o.o. ("Licensor"). By accessing or using SportyBlocks, including any downloadable files, HTML and ReactJS source code snippets, and Figma assets provided to you upon purchase (collectively, the "Software"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

The license grants permission to one individual or one entity (the Licensee) to access and use the Blocks.

What You Can Do

  • Unlimited End Products. You are permitted to use the Blocks to create an unlimited number of End Products.
  • Derivative Blocks. You are allowed to modify the Blocks to create derivative works, which will remain subject to this license.
  • Client-Based End Products. You may use the Blocks to create an unlimited number of End Products for any number of Clients.
  • Commercial End Products. You are permitted to use the Blocks to create End Products that can be sold to End Users.
  • Open Source End Products. You may use the Blocks to create End Products that are open source and freely accessible to End Users.

Example usage

Examples of usage allowed by the license:

  • Developing a website or web application for a client that will be owned by that client.
  • Creating a commercial SaaS application where end users are required to pay a fee for access.
  • Developing a commercial self-hosted web application that is sold to end users for a one-time payment.
  • Building a web application with a primary purpose unrelated to redistributing the components (e.g., a conference organization app using the components for its UI), which is free and open source with publicly available source code.

What You Cannot Do

  • End User-Built Products. You are allowed to use the Blocks to create End Products that enable an End User to build their own End Products using the Blocks or their derivatives.
  • Prohibited Redistribution. You may not redistribute the Blocks or their derivatives separately from an End Product, whether in code form or as design assets.
  • Restricted Access Sharing. You are prohibited from sharing your access to the Blocks with any other individuals or entities.
  • Competitive Use Prohibition. You may not use the Blocks to create anything that Konsenz d.o.o., at their sole discretion, considers competitive or in conflict with their business.

Standard License Definitions

Enforcement

If you are found to be in breach of the license, your access to the SportyBlocks account will be terminated, and a refund may be issued at our discretion. In cases of blatant and malicious license violations (such as intentionally redistributing the Blocks through private warez channels), no refund will be provided.

The copyright for the Blocks is held by Konsenz d.o.o. You are granted only the permissions outlined in this license; all other rights are reserved. Konsenz d.o.o. retains the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of the Blocks beyond the scope of this license.

Liability

Konsenz d.o.o. is only liable to you for costs, damages, or other losses resulting from your use of the Blocks - including any third-party claims against you — up to the amount of your license fee. Konsenz d.o.o. is not responsible for any consequential damages arising from your use of the Blocks.
